1. Planning & design

This is the first stage of a construction project where the project requirements, goals and budget are defined. The design phase includes creating blueprints, site planning, and obtaining necessary permits.

2. Pre-construction

This stage involves preparing the site for construction, which includes clearing the land, laying the foundation, and installing the necessary utilities.

3. CONSTRUCTION

This is the stage where the actual building of the project takes place. This involves the installation of structural and non-structural elements, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

4. INSPECTION

During this stage, the building is inspected to ensure it meets all codes and regulations. This includes checking that the work meets the standards set forth by the building code, and ensuring that all permits are in place.

5. Final touches & handoveR

The final stage is where the finishing touches are put on the project, such as painting, installing flooring, and adding fixtures. Once complete, the project is handed over to the owner.
